Responsibilities
- Train. Every. Day. Not a Monday morning meeting where everyone zones out. Real skill development built around SVG's Phoenix Process — a structured, script-driven sales methodology that every salesperson is expected to execute cold.
- Run role plays, break down objection handling, and coach F&I product presentations until your team can deliver the full transaction from greeting to delivery without flinching.
- Step into the showroom when a salesperson gets stuck — on the commitment, the trade, the numbers, the product presentation — and get it done face-to-face.
- Review individual performance metrics, track progress against goals, strategize on pending deals, and go through missed opportunities with each salesperson.
- Correct deviations from the Phoenix Process in the moment to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Closed deals recently, not five years ago.
- Can teach others, not just "watch me do it."
- Knows F&I products and can present them confidently.
- Believes in process and doesn't wing it.
- Has experience holding salespeople accountable to real numbers and goals.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a sales floor.
- Strong understanding of F&I products.
- Ability to train and coach sales teams effectively.
- Proven ability to close deals in the showroom.
