The Sales Manager role at Aaron’s is a high-energy, recognition-based career with purpose. This position is responsible for generating leads and closing agreements, processing renewal payments, and maintaining showroom floors. Responsibilities

• Generate leads and close agreements
• Process renewal payments
• Physically handle merchandise to maintain showroom floors
• Form important relationships and gain useful skills
• Assist General Manager with operational functions
• Aid in deliveries if a driver is not available

Requirements

• Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
• Valid state Driver’s License and meets DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
• Able to perform physical job, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training provided)

Pay

The salary range for this role is $12.75 to $13.50 per hour/annually. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Schedule

A flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm.
