About the role
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can help drive the company's growth and success. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the franchise network
- Oversee day-to-day operations at franchise locations
- Build and maintain relationships with franchise owners and operators
- Ensure compliance with all franchise agreements and regulations
- Manage financial performance and profitability of franchise locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management or similar role
- Proven track record of successful franchise expansion
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience in fitness industry preferred
- Knowledge of franchise laws and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
