Front Desk and Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Encourage and motivate clients before/after stretch sessions, empathy being a key skill
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads
• Manage client care and inspire wellness changes through delivering amazing communication to our members
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Studio tours, sales
• Workshops and Pop-up events
• Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain the studio in order to ensure we have a clean and welcoming space

Requirements

• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Front desk, fitness, bartending, serving, or administrative experience is an advantage
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
