CLO Operations Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Reconcile open trades and monitor the trade settlement process for loans, bonds, and equity
• Work with analysts to project CLO cash flows
• Maintain deal and warehouse cash balances and perform calculations for warehouse fundings
• Conduct daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with the trustee and administrative providers
• Reconcile monthly CLO reporting and quarterly distributions
• Monitor portfolio corporate actions and ensure proper updates internally and with service providers
• Involvement in new issue CLO warehouse management and coordination with audit and tax teams
• Support Capital Markets/Structuring team in CLO transactions, including new issues, resets, and refinancings
• Run hypothetical trades to ensure compliance with CLO indentures
• Collaborate with fund accountants and administrators to resolve bank loan-related inquiries
• Afford assistance with ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as assigned

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of operations experience in banking, audit, or CLO/fixed income management
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with ClearPar and Loan Settlement Process
• Experience with Sentry, Wall Street Office, or other loan processing systems
• Familiarity with LevPro or similar portfolio management system
• Comfortable with cash and position reconciliation
• Knowledge of CLO indenture compliance and reporting

Pay

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
