CLM Administrator – Commercial Technology
Main Responsibilities
- Creating, updating and correcting workflows
- Creating, updating and correcting launch forms
- Tagging documents
- Updating Users and Groups
- Aiding Users with workflow issues
- Coordinating with the identified tech support teams
- Communicating updates to users
- Understanding new functionality and implementing improvements
- Managing Signers and Delegation of Authority matrices
- Obligation and repository management
- Creating reports for executive level meetings with CLM metrics
Secondary Responsibilities
- Draft, proofread, and format routine legal correspondence and contract-related documents
- Support CCOE attorneys with scheduling meetings, preparing agenda’s, performing research and general other administrative duties
- Cook with business stakeholders as required in support of contract reviews
- Aid with invoice review and outside counsel matter administration as needed
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following Prior in-house experience strongly preferred.
Expertise with the use and management of a CLM – Ironclad previous experience preferred.
Strong technical skills with the ability to turn and improve manual processes into an efficient digital experience.
Experience creating visual workflows (vizio, lucid charts, or similar applications).
At least 10-15 years of relevant legal and business experience.
Ability to issue spot and understand the general principles of technology agreements, data privacy agreements and draft provisions that mitigate identified risks.
The ability to take the lead on assigned projects, perform required research and draft memos to attorneys and executive level management.
Use AI tools responsibly and in accordance with company policy.
Ability to multi-task, managing multiple high-priority assignments.
Ability to identify and analyze complex issues and evaluate their broader implications for the business; interact with clients at all levels; provide timely, practical, legal advice and business solutions; and communicate effectively in person and in writing.
Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and take ownership of issues and matters to their successful conclusion.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire trust and confidence with stakeholders at high levels.
