We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of BHN, mission, etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (intro), "Responsibilities", "Requirements" or "Qualifications", "Benefits", "Pay". Also "Schedule" if present (mention weekends, second shifts, holidays). The posting includes "Provide safe transportation as needed and maintain flexibility to work assigned weekends, second shifts, and holidays based on program needs." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc (none). Remove duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must include a section only when posting has real specific content. So we can have sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements/Qualifications (maybe combine?), Benefits (list), Pay (salary range), Schedule (flexibility). Could also have "Who You Are" as Requirements. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific salary range, so Pay section is okay. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to preserve all substantive info. That means we need to include all bullet points from responsibilities, requirements, benefits, etc. Let's extract: Intro: "Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is a leading statewide provider of behavioral health services and a Certified Great Place to Work. Since 1938, BHN has helped individuals, families, and communities thrive through compassionate, high-quality care and support. With deep roots in Western Massachusetts and a growing presence in communities throughout the state, we are currently seeking a Master's Level Clinician to join our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team and help advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives." Then "What We Offer" bullet list: Purpose-Driven Work – Make a meaningful impact... Professional Growth – Access ongoing training... Supportive Team Culture – Join a collaborative workplace guided by our HEART values... Stability & Opportunity – Build your career... Comprehensive Benefits – Generous PTO, 403(b), educational assistance, medical, dental, vision, employee assistance programs, and more. Certified Great Place to Work – Work for an organization recognized for creating a positive and engaging employee experience. Then "What You Will Do" list of duties (many sentences). Then "Who You Are" list of qualifications. Then "We Hire for HEART!" paragraph (maybe part of About the role). Then Salary Range. We need to avoid duplication: The "What We Offer" includes benefits and also purpose-driven work etc. Could treat as Benefits section? But we also have separate Comprehensive Benefits bullet. Might combine. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro + mission). Responsibilities (What You Will Do). Qualifications (Who You Are). Benefits (What We Offer). Pay (Salary Range). Schedule (flexibility to work weekends, second shifts, holidays). Also maybe mention "Valid driver's license..." as requirement. We must not create sections with placeholder text. All sections have content. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

    About the role

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is a leading statewide provider of behavioral health services and a Certified Great Place to Work. Since 1938, BHN has helped individuals, families, and communities thrive through compassionate, high-quality care and support. With deep roots in Western Massachusetts and a growing presence in communities throughout the state, we are currently seeking a Master's Level Clinician to join our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team and help advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Our core values—Humanity, Empowerment, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork—guide how we lead, serve, and support one another.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide intensive, community-based clinical services within the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) model for individuals with complex behavioral health needs, including those involved with the forensic system.
    • Complete intake evaluations, clinical formulations, recommendations, risk and crisis evaluations, and individualized safety plans using sound clinical judgment.
    • Provide individual, family, couples, and group treatment grounded in appropriate clinical theories, principles, and recovery-oriented practices.
    • Serve as primary clinician and case manager for an assigned caseload, completing assessments, treatment plans, reviews, financial-management plans, and strategies that support measurable progress.
    • Coordinate care with family members, residential providers, hospitals, community partners, and other members of each individual's support network as clinically appropriate.
    • Provide frequent outreach in homes, hospitals, residences, and community settings while encouraging independence, informed decision-making, dignity, and community integration.
    • Assist with and monitor activities of daily living, connect individuals with community resources, and support access to medical, behavioral health, social, and recovery services.
    • Support medication-related services within role expectations and complete health and medication documentation in accordance with Medication Administration Program (MAP) regulations and agency procedures.
    • Complete progress notes by the end of each shift and maintain timely treatment, incident, medication-occurrence, shift-report, and program documentation.
    • Maintain direct-service and outcome expectations, participate in shift communication, supervision, meetings, training, and continuing education, and follow PACT policies and procedures.
    • Provide safe transportation as needed and maintain flexibility to work assigned weekends, second shifts, and holidays based on program needs.
But note the last bullet about flexibility could also go to Schedule section. However we can keep it in Responsibilities; but we also need a Schedule section if we want. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting does state flexibility to work weekends, second shifts, holidays. So we can create Schedule section with that info. But we must not duplicate content. If we move that bullet to Schedule, we should remove from Responsibilities. Let's do that: Responsibilities list everything except the flexibility bullet. Then Schedule section includes that bullet. Thus Responsibilities list 11 bullets (excluding the last). Then Schedule section:

    Schedule

    • Maintain flexibility to work assigned weekends, second shifts, and holidays based on program needs.
Also maybe mention "Provide safe transportation as needed" could be part of Responsibilities (makes sense). We'll keep that in Responsibilities. Now Qualifications: We'll use

    Qualifications

(or Requirements). The posting has "Who You Are". We'll use Qualifications. List: - Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related behavioral health field required. - At least six months of human-services experience preferred; community-based experience with serious mental health needs is strongly valued. - Ability to work with clinically complex, culturally diverse, and forensically involved individuals within the Sequential Intercept framework. - Knowledge of clinical assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis and risk evaluation, case management, recovery principles, and community-based care. - Commitment to empowerment, human rights, personal growth, dignity, safety, and community integration for individuals served. - Working knowledge of community resources and the ability to coordinate services, facilitate access, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary partners. - Excellent clinical judgment, conflict-resolution, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Strong organization, documentation, technology, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage urgent needs and changing priorities. - Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle available during all working hours for community-based services and transportation of individuals served required. - Ability to obtain and maintain Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification within the first six months of employment. - Ability to work the assigned essential-staff schedule and meet the role's physical requirements, including lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. We could also include "We Hire for HEART!" paragraph maybe as part of About the role already included. Now Benefits: We'll use

    Benefits

list from What We Offer: - Purpose-Driven Work – Make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, families, and communities throughout Western Massachusetts. - Professional Growth – Access ongoing training, mentorship, career development, and advancement opportunities across one of the region's largest behavioral health organizations. - Supportive Team Culture – Join a collaborative workplace guided by our HEART values: Humanity, Empowerment, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork. - Stability & Opportunity – Build your career with a well-established organization serving Western Massachusetts since 1938. - Comprehensive Benefits – Generous PTO, 403(b), educational assistance, medical, dental, vision, employee assistance programs, and more. - Certified Great Place to Work – Work for an organization recognized for creating a positive and engaging employee experience. Note: "Comprehensive Benefits" includes a list inside; we could keep as a bullet with sublist? But we must use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can keep each bullet as a li; inside the bullet we can have text that includes a list separated by commas. That's fine. Now Pay:

      Pay

      Salary Range: $55,000-$72,000

Now Schedule: as above. We must ensure we don't repeat any content. Let's verify we included all substantive info: Intro: included BHN description, mission, values. Responsibilities: included all duties except flexibility bullet. Qualifications: included all Who You Are points. Benefits: included all What We Offer points. Pay: salary range. Schedule: flexibility to work weekends, second shifts, holidays. Also we included "Provide safe transportation as needed" in Responsibilities. Check if any other info: "We Hire for HEART!" paragraph we incorporated values in About the role. Also we mentioned "Since 1938, BHN has delivered high-quality, culturally responsive behavioral health care..." That's similar to intro; we may have duplicated. Let's see: The intro we wrote includes "Since 1938, BHN has helped individuals..." The later paragraph says "Since 1938, BHN has delivered high-quality, culturally responsive behavioral health care, building deep roots in Western Massachusetts while expanding our impact in communities throughout the state." This is somewhat similar but adds "culturally responsive" and "expanding our impact". We should preserve that info. We can incorporate into About the role paragraph. Let's rewrite About the role to include both: "Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is a leading statewide provider of behavioral health services and a Certified Great Place to Work. Since 1938, BHN has helped individuals, families, and communities thrive through compassionate, high-quality, culturally responsive care and support, building deep roots in Western Massachusetts while expanding our impact in communities throughout the state. We are currently seeking a Master's Level Clinician to join our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team and help advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Our core values—Humanity, Empowerment, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork—guide how we lead, serve, and support one another." That covers. Now check if any other info: "Ability to work the assigned essential-staff schedule and meet the role's physical requirements, including lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation." Already in Qualifications. Now ensure we didn't miss any bullet from What We Offer: "Purpose-Driven Work – Make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, families, and communities throughout Western Massachusetts." included. "Professional Growth – Access ongoing training
