With deep roots in Western Massachusetts and a growing presence throughout the state, we are seeking an Unlicensed Clinician to join our Adult Community Clinical Supports (ACCS) team and advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to oversee clinical operations for an Integrated Team, coordinate care, and perform functions typically reserved for a Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA) while mentoring direct care staff in outreach and Group Living Environments (GLE).
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans and clinical interventions with individuals served
- Provide modeling and clinical oversight for outreach and GLE direct care staff
- Oversee clinical services for the Integrated Team, performing LPHA-designated functions per contract
- Ensure program adherence to clinical standards and funding source requirements
- Produce documentation and treatment plans that meet DMH/ACCS standards and evidence-based practices
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a mental health-related field (required)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Human Service field
- Knowledge of the interface between mental health, medical conditions, substance abuse, care management, recovery principles, evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed treatment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to individuals served empowerment, human rights, and community integration

Pay
$55,000–$72,000 per year
