Clinician Technician On-Call - Colter Apartments

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure environment for clients in a residential setting
• Engage clients in skills training to enhance functioning and lead to community integration and self-sufficiency
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning
• Manage case loads and coordinate care
• Handle crisis management and direct support to clients
• Support clients in ILS activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation, vocational skills training, and development services
• Oversee the medication process and submit clinical documentation
