Clinician (LICSW or LCMHC)

About the role

Easterseals NH is hiring Clinicians to join a multidisciplinary team supporting youth in a residential and educational setting. This role offers collaboration with a diverse team, skill-building through group supervision, and engaging in creative approaches like expressive therapy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support youth with neurological or psychiatric disabilities, intellectual and behavioral needs.
• Engage in therapeutic interventions tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Build clinical skills through group supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain a small caseload to ensure personalized attention and support.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling (must be a 60-credit program or an Advanced Standing MSW program).
• LICSW or LCMHC license-eligible or licensed in New Hampshire.
• Preferred: 2–3 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; some travel required.

Qualifications

$71,492.00 - $76,492.00 annually, dependent upon experience and licensure.
