Licensed Clinician - LMHC or LICSW

Out client, a non-profit organization out of Andover, MA, is currently looking to hire a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinician to join their team! This individual will play a vital role in creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for guests. They will write and implement structured behavioral plans and support individuals in building the skills they need to thrive. Duties Include Responsible for clinical documentation to include safety plans, behavioral plans, behavioral assessments, risk assessments, mental status examsProvides assessment of guests that may be in psychiatric crisisProvide training to colleagues on treatment plans, behavior plans, trauma informed care and topics related to mental health issuesAttend all required trainings and meetings including risk meetings, human rights meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings Qualifications LMHC or LICSW and a Master's Degree in mental health or related field3+ years of experience with mental health and developmental disabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven knowledge of behavioral support techniques and planning a collaborative, flexible, and solutions-driven mindsetFamiliarity with DDS and Human Rights regulationsValid driver’s license, and satisfactory CORI and DDS background check For more information, apply today or email kanderson@incendia.com #ZR
