The Details
- Our centers are open Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm.
- We primarily work with children between the ages of 2-9 in a center-based environment.
Fun and Challenging Responsibilities for our Clinicians in Training
- Share a caseload with an experienced BA in the center who serves as a mentor and coach.
- Assist with the PS tasks related to shared clients.
- Create materials for learners on caseload (after completion of MRS training).
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of the therapy materials for learners on caseload.
- Assist with CST for new hires who will be entering pod as assigned by BCBA.
- Assist with BIC’s as assigned by BCBA.
- Assist with ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming implemented by BCBA.
- Assists with the completion of monthly progress reports.
- Sits in on parent meetings, assists with material preparation for parent meetings and trainings.
- Affords to create and change charts and update data sheets following a shared consult.

Requirements
- Do you enjoy working with children and love learning?
- Are you in the process of finishing supervision (last 3-4 months), waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure?
- Supervision hours 1650 accrued.
- Demonstrate Bierman’s core values.
- Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds) as needed.
