Clinician in Training

The Role

We are seeking a full-time & center-based Clinician in Training to join our dynamic team. The position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to learn from experienced Behavior Analysts.

Details

• Open Monday-Friday between 8am - 5pm
• Primary focus on children aged 2-9 in a center-based setting
• Entry-level Behavior Analyst role with a mentor BCBA

Fun and Challenging Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA
• Create materials for learners on caseload
• Assist with ongoing integrity checks and training BTs
• Assist with parent meetings and material preparation
• Complete monthly progress reports

Training Timeline

• Phase 1: Shadowing and completing assigned non-billable tasks
• Phase 2: Mentor BA models and tests probing programming targets, conducting assessments, and making programming changes
• Phase 3: Mentor BA overlaps as CiT starts to run the consults independently

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children and love learning
• In the process of finishing supervision, waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure
• Accrued supervision hours of 1650
• Demonstrate Bierman's core values
• Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds) as needed
