Clinician in Training
The Role
We are seeking a full-time & center-based Clinician in Training to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to learn from experienced Behavior Analysts.
Details
- Our centers operate Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm.
- We primarily serve children aged 2-9 in a center-based setting.
- The Clinician in Training works closely with an experienced BCBA mentor.
- Responsibilities include shadowing, completing non-billable tasks, and assisting with various therapeutic activities.
- The training timeline includes three phases, progressing from shadowing to independent consults.
- Fun and challenging responsibilities include sharing a caseload, assisting with PS tasks, and participating in parent meetings.

Requirements
- Enjoy working with children and love learning.
- In the process of finishing supervision, waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure.
- Achieve 1650 supervision hours.
- Demonstrate Bierman's core values.
- Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds) as needed.
