Clinician III

Role: Clinician III providing advanced behavioral health services in an acute-care setting. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse patient population.Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate care and manage crises.Support safe discharge planning and aftercare coordination.Implement evidence-based treatment while ensuring thorough documentation.Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.Maintain adherence to best-practice standards within a community-oriented, collaborative environment. Qualifications & Skills Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric care.Strong assessment, treatment planning, and therapy skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting.Excellent documentation and communication abilities.Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practices.
