Clinician III

Role: Clinician III, providing acute behavioral health assessment, psychotherapy, and care coordination. Responsibilities: Conduct psychosocial evaluations, develop treatment plans, lead individual and group therapy sessions, collaborate with healthcare professionals, ensure safe discharge planning, connect patients with community resources, and document care accurately. Qualifications & Skills: Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or psychologist with relevant experience in behavioral health. Strong assessment, therapy, and care coordination skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centered, patient-focused environment. Key Duties: Provide comprehensive behavioral health services, participate in training and supervision, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance care practices.
