Clinician - Crisis Center

About the role

The role involves providing crisis intervention services to individuals in distress. This includes assessing situations, implementing safety plans, and facilitating referrals to appropriate resources.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and developing safety plans for clients in crisis
• Providing immediate support and counseling services to individuals experiencing emotional distress
• Facilitating referrals to community resources and mental health professionals
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in crisis intervention or mental health field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
