About the role
You will provide in-home and community-based essential support to children and youth with behavioral and/or psychological health needs, some of whom may be at risk of being removed from their homes. Through counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, you will work closely with client families in collaboration with the treatment team, delivering services in home and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and family counseling sessions
- Supervise and train parents in effective parenting skills
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assess and monitor client progress towards treatment goals
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Lead treatment teams and coordinate services with other professionals
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Active or pursuing Maine licensure as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LMSW-cc, LCPCc, or LMFTc
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $64,000 with potential for additional annual incentives up to $10,000
