Clinician / Counselor (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
About the role
You will provide in-home and community-based essential support to children and youth with behavioral and/or psychological health needs, some of whom may be at risk of being removed from their homes. Through counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, you will work closely with client families in collaboration with the treatment team, delivering services in home and community settings. This role allows for a high degree of independence and leadership, as you will serve as the team leader for each client’s treatment team.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home and community-based essential support to children and youth with behavioral and/or psychological health needs.
- Counsel, supervise, and train parents to improve family functioning and child outcomes.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Assess clients’ needs and progress, and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Lead and coordinate the treatment team for each client, ensuring comprehensive and effective service delivery.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Active or pursuing Maine licensure as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LMSW-cc, LCPCc, or LMFTc.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $64,000 with potential for additional annual incentives up to $10,000.
- Full Package Details: $2,500 stay on bonus paid annually during the first 2 years of employment.
- Company vehicle based on eligibility.
- Reimbursement for initial licensure and renewal fees.
- Supervision hours provided to support those with conditional licenses.
- Contact hours provided for clinical licensure renewal.
- Personal peer mentor to aid in training and development.
