Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, including psychosocial histories and risk assessments
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy, including offense-specific treatment when appropriate
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Utilize cognitive-behavioral and psychoeducational interventions, including relapse prevention strategies
- Identify and treat co-occurring mental health and behavioral conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports
- Collaborate closely with residential staff, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in case reviews, treatment meetings, and clinical consultations
- Communicate with external providers, agencies, and courts as needed
- Support development of aftercare and discharge planning
- Show strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, residential treatment setting
- Show excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Licence eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist)
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active Driver's license issued from the state of your current residence
