Clinician - Childrens Congregate Care

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, including psychosocial histories and risk assessments
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, including offense-specific treatment when appropriate
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
• Utilize cognitive-behavioral and psychoeducational interventions, including relapse prevention strategies
• Identify and treat co-occurring mental health and behavioral conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports
• Collaborate closely with residential staff, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in case reviews, treatment meetings, and clinical consultations
• Communicate with external providers, agencies, and courts as needed
• Support development of aftercare and discharge planning
• Show strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, residential treatment setting
• Show excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Licence eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist)
• Master’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active Driver's license issued from the state of your current residence
