Clinician - Childrens Congregate Care

Salary: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (on call based on program needs)

About the role

Provide Trauma-Informed Care for Medically Complex Youth. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a therapeutic environment that supports children and adolescents aged 12–18. Join a dedicated team providing individualized care while fostering resilience, growth, and empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to youth and families in residential or program-specific settings.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy, as well as clinical consultation and case management.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable outcomes, discharge criteria, and focus on restoring and maintaining optimal functioning.
• Ensure services are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and aligned with best practices.
• Document all clinical care in the Electronic Health Record and other required systems promptly and accurately.
• Participate in 24-hour emergency coverage for client caseloads as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to support individualized care.
• Maintain professionalism, ethical practice, and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and reflective practice.
• Respond to clinical alerts, quality management protocols, and utilization review requirements.
