About the role
Provide trauma-informed care for medically complex youth aged 12–18 in a therapeutic residential setting. Join a dedicated team delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that fosters resilience, growth, and empowerment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care to youth and families in residential or program-specific settings.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy, as well as clinical consultation and case management.
- Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable outcomes, discharge criteria, and focus on restoring and maintaining optimal functioning.
- Ensure services are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and aligned with best practices.
- Document all clinical care in the Electronic Health Record and other required systems promptly and accurately.
- Participate in 24-hour emergency coverage for client caseloads as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to support individualized care.
- Maintain professionalism, ethical practice, and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and reflective practice.
- Respond to clinical alerts, quality management protocols, and utilization review requirements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Standard driver’s license – class C or class D.
- Behavioral health clinical license eligible or required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, licensed psychologist).
- 1–3 years of related experience.

Pay
$65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call availability based on program needs.
