About the role

Provide trauma-informed care for medically complex youth aged 12–18 in a therapeutic environment. Join a dedicated team delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that fosters resilience, growth, and empowerment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical care to youth and families in residential or program-specific settings.
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy, as well as clinical consultation and case management.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable outcomes, discharge criteria, and focus on restoring and maintaining optimal functioning.
  • Ensure services are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and aligned with best practices.
  • Document all clinical care in the Electronic Health Record and other required systems promptly and accurately.
  • Participate in 24-hour emergency coverage for client caseloads as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to support individualized care.
  • Maintain professionalism, ethical practice, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and reflective practice.
  • Respond to clinical alerts, quality management protocols, and utilization review requirements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree required in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Standard driver’s license – class C or class D.
  • Behavioral Health clinical license eligible or required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist).
  • 1–3 years of related experience.

$65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year.

(NR) Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, with on-call hours based on program needs.
