Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of multiple, large, national, multi-site clinical research protocols.
- Manage day-to-day operations for multiple studies, from protocol development to study close-out.
- Ensure adherence to research standards, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Work closely with study team members and other staff to ensure study participant safety and protocol adherence.
- Facilitate communication and information flow among study teams.
- Facilitate excellent customer service and guidance to clinical and study teams.
Requirements
- Manage all aspects of assigned high volume, multisite clinical research projects.
- Ensure off-site investigators and their staff understand and adhere to assigned protocols.
- Train sites' research staff on study activities, including inclusion/exclusion criteria, informed consent procedures, CRF completion, and adverse event reporting.
- Maintain oversight of high-volume study data for assigned projects.
- Attend and present updates at weekly study management team meetings.
- Contribute to publications or grant applications with meaningful information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-3 years of clinical trials experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, protocol planning, implementation, coordination, evaluation, and reporting of clinical trials.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of computer databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics packages.
- Clinical trials project management experience preferred.

Pay
$63,815.00 - $95,723.00 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm.
