About the role

Eon Patient Management, or EPM, is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and making healthcare more accessible. We leverage AI to enhance clinical decision-making and streamline care pathways, benefiting both patients and healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate implementation activities with Project Managers to ensure clinical onboarding tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Deliver product training for new users, ensuring they are confident and capable of using the platform.
  • Guide clients through the approval process for letters, decision aids, scripts, and ensure timely sign-offs for technical configuration and quality assurance.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for each implementation, including project outlines, change request forms, and version tracking.
  • Perform clinical quality assurance before go-live, ensuring that configured assets such as letters and cohort field populations are accurate and aligned with client expectations.
  • Educate clients on change control processes and documentation requirements.
  • Advise clients on clinical workflows, helping them adopt Eon's best practices for patient communication and care pathway adherence.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Client Success, and Project Management teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and post-go-live follow-up.
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs to care management or account management teams after implementation is complete.
  • Participate in internal performance improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects to optimize service delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with clients on project milestones, updates, and follow-ups to maintain alignment and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A clinical background (nursing, allied health, or similar healthcare role) is preferred.
  • Experience in clinical workflow implementation, healthcare technology, or project management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and clinical operations software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel up to 25%.
