Lead Clinical Workflow & Integration Architect
Project Management Leadership
Work directly with customers to understand and document the site-specific workflows, data flows, system connectivity and implementation requirements for iRT.
Translate customer requirements into implementation inputs, workflow configuration needs, and setup documentation.
Act as a key point of contact and provide cross-functional leadership to service and customer teams on workflow and connectivity discussions during customer onboarding and implementation activities.
Partner with internal teams to communicate recurring customer pain points and propose practical solutions.
Help strengthen the overall customer success model by improving how workflow and connectivity needs are gathered, documented, and delivered.
Technical Leadership
Provide subject matter expertise on iRT related interoperability, workflow configurations and IT interfaces.
Develop processes and tools to automate critical integration tasks and augment human expertise, enabling predictable, repeatable and scalable implementations.
Support customization requests from customers with hands-on coding and develop frameworks to execute customizations without triggering major design changes.
Ensure a robust framework is in place to support installation of updates and upgrades that are entitled based on the subscription offering and perpetual service contracts.
Provide hands-on implementation coding leadership as needed to support service teams with installations and troubleshooting.
Quality
Ensure workflow documentation, configuration inputs, and connection-related activities are completed accurately and in line with applicable quality requirements.
Support testing, issue resolution, validation support activities, and go-live readiness along with service team for configured workflows and established connections.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
