Clinical Workflow Coordinator - Hybrid

Responsibilities
- Observe existing workflow, document findings and recommend solutions to management to meet Company goals
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Partner with onsite management in reviewing and implementing new workflows, policies, and processes that promote efficiency and increase system functionality
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of workflow activities, including changes, recommendations, and resolutions from site visits
- Participate in and/or lead various projects as identified by the Strategic Initiatives Project Manager; projects may impact a single site or be company-wide
- Support and work closely with Clinical Operations Team, Regional and Site Operations Management, including Northern CA and East Coast Operations, as needed
- Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, providing assistance, and recommending solutions to meet the needs of the center
Qualifications
- Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgment and professionalism in all situations
- Demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills, and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues
- Show a structured work approach, understanding that complex problems require prioritization and management in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in workflow coordination and/or administrative support, with previous experience in a site and/or scheduling role preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work independently or as part of a team with a variety of healthcare specialists
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
