Clinical Transformation Specialist - Revenue Cycle

Location: Partially Remote / Milwaukee Area

About the role

This position will focus on revenue cycle operations. Guides physician practice workflow transformation and change management for electronic medical record (EMR) implementation/optimization, addressing information gaps. Assesses system issues, provides EMR training to improve function, standards, and patient outcomes. Partners with leadership to improve training, adoption, and optimization strategies to meet goals.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
