Clinical Transformation Specialist Revenue Cycle

Schedule

Full-time / Days. The expectation for this position is to be onsite 75% of the time, though this may vary week to week. The role is partially remote, offering flexibility for administrative and project work.

Responsibilities

• Focus on front-end revenue cycle
• Hands-on work with insurance plans, benefits, and claim denials
• Assess system issues, provide EMR training to improve function, standards, and patient outcomes
• Partner with leadership to improve training, adoption, and optimization strategies to meet goals

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of Epic Software experience
• Front-End Revenue Cycle experience
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of insurance plans and benefits
• Willingness to investigate claim denials, including root cause analysis
