The role will work closely with Clinical Operations, Finance, Accounting, and research coordinators. This opportunity offers a broader career path than a traditional medical billing position. As the organization expands, the role may grow into claims processing, specialty-pharmacy payment posting, reimbursement, payer workflows, denial management, and other revenue-cycle functions.

  • Support journal entries and account reconciliations during monthly and period-end close.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for invoices, collections, reconciliations, and payment activity.
  • Assist with financial tracking and reporting related to clinical research programs.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements involving technology, automation, reporting, and process standardization.
  • Support additional revenue-cycle responsibilities as the organization grows.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, Accounting, Clinical Operations, and research teams.

Preferred Qualifications
