Responsibilities

  • Supports, optimizes, and enhances clinical communication technologies.
  • Improves communication workflows and clinical collaboration.
  • Ensures timely delivery of critical information to caregivers.
  • Partners with IT teams and third-party vendors to implement integrations and automate processes.
  • Continuously optimizes clinical communication platforms, including Epic EHR integration.
  • Combines technical expertise with clinical operations understanding to develop effective technology solutions.
  • Collaborates across clinical, operational, and technical teams to support system enhancements and resolve complex issues.
  • Recognizes the impact of change and strategically plans communication and education.
  • Outcomes-focused, establishing criteria to measure and evaluate the impact of technology and processes on clinical workflow.
  • Affirms current and future state workflows, identifying gaps and retooling processes for process improvement and reduced variation.
  • Knowledgeable of technical application requirements, including clinical, quality, regulatory, and operational perspectives.
  • Data-driven, competent in data analytics to measure and track progress towards goals, including connecting outcomes and obtaining new insights.
  • Effectively leads cross-functional teams in a matrix reporting structure, fostering collaboration and enthusiasm for change.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of clinical experience.
  • 3-5 years of informatics experience.
  • 3-5 years of data analysis experience.
