Clinical Informatics Support Analyst, Clinical Informatics team, Full Time, Baptist Medical Center

Responsibilities

• Supports end users of all levels across Baptist Health including ambulatory practices, hospitals, free-standing emergency rooms as well as our key affiliate partners.
• Ensures end-users have high levels of system proficiency and understanding of system workflow.
• Fosters best practice process standardization with ambulatory/hospital providers and staff.
• Monitors and maintains the accuracy and consistency of clinical data within information systems.
• Collaborates with clinical teams to identify opportunities to improve workflows and align systems with user needs.
• Acts as a liaison between clinical teams and IT, escalating and resolving system-related issues promptly.
• Participates in testing, implementation, and evaluation of software updates and new clinical applications.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years Healthcare Experience
• 1-2 years EPIC Experience
• System Support and Troubleshooting experience preferred
• User Training and Guidance experience preferred
• Data Integrity and Quality Assurance experience preferred
• Workflow Analysis and Optimization experience preferred
• Issue Escalation and Resolution experience preferred
