Clinical Transformation Specialist

In this role, you will drive clinical workflow innovation by analyzing existing practice patterns and identifying strategic opportunities to leverage Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for improved patient outcomes. You will lead physician and staff adoption through expert change management, guiding clinic sites from non-standard processes to streamlined, high-performance digital workflows. You will orchestrate targeted clinical training for new features, system upgrades, and new associates, ensuring every team member is equipped to utilize the full power of our healthcare technology. Collaborating with physician leadership, you will bridge the gap between technical functionality and clinical reality, ensuring system optimizations align with the practical needs of a busy practice. You will cultivate a culture of digital excellence by building strong relationships with practice users, serving as a trusted advisor who resolves information gaps and enhances the overall provider experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing clinical practice patterns to identify strategic opportunities for EMR system optimization.
- Lead physician and staff adoption through change management, transitioning clinic sites to streamlined digital workflows.
- Orchestrate targeted clinical training for new features, system upgrades, and new associates.
- Collaborate with physician leadership to align system optimizations with clinical needs.
- Build strong relationships with practice users to enhance the provider experience and resolve information gaps.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
- Valid Driver’s License credentialed from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (required prior to hire or job transfer).
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in clinical workflow mapping and advanced implementation or optimization of large-scale EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or Athena).
- Track record of successfully leading clinical teams through technical transitions, with the ability to influence physician adoption and behavior change.
