Clinical Training Specialist Supervisor

About the role

The Clinical Training Specialist Supervisor is responsible for preparing, scheduling, monitoring, and documenting company-wide training activities. This position has limited decision-making responsibility, as problems can generally be evaluated using defined procedures and precedents. Work may occasionally require assessing several elements and alternatives, involving minor research, and sometimes requires modifying methods, procedures, or planning and establishing new ones.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with data management, including proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting programming.
• 1 or more years of data analytics, data management, and/or front office administration experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Education or experience developing and designing materials in PowerPoint or similar software preferred.
