Clinical Training Consultant
About the role
Seeking a Training Consultant to help plan, develop, and deliver learning programs for a growing pharmaceutical organization. This person will manage training projects from initial needs assessment through rollout, support training projects for company-wide meetings, create practical learning materials, and facilitate engaging sessions for multi-disciplinary functions, including ongoing new hire training curriculum for multiple field-facing roles and departments. We welcome candidates from either commercial or medical training backgrounds. The strongest candidates will bring sound judgment, project management experience, strong instructional design and facilitation skills, and the ability to build productive relationships across teams. Experience supporting a pharmaceutical product launch is especially valuable.
Responsibilities
- Manage training initiatives, including timelines, materials, assignments, and stakeholder reviews for new product launch readiness
- Support new hire training efforts that include building blended home study learning schedules and organizing live new hire training in our Morristown, NJ headquarters
- Become familiar with our learning management system (LMS) to create, edit, and assign learning to various internal customers
