Clinical Therapist -School Based Health

Corewell School Based Health Centers and Expanding, Enhancing Emotional Health Programs are located on school grounds. Corewell’s Teen Health Center-Taylor is a school-linked program which is free-standing. Staff members work closely with school administration to provide interventions to students during the school day.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary team to assist patients and families with complex psychosocial needs
• Provide interventions to students during the school day, including but not limited to:
  • Clinical therapy
  • Crisis intervention
  • Group therapy
  • Psychoeducation groups

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling
• Experience with youth in clinical therapy and crisis intervention
• State of Michigan Social Work License (LMSW) or (LPC)

• Full time, day shift
• Monday to Friday
• 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 40 hours per week
