Responsibilities
Unison Health is seeking an LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC. This position provides direct therapeutic services to assigned clients with mental illness and adjustment difficulties. These services are provided through individual, group and family therapy or through the diagnostic assessment process. Linkage and advocacy skills as necessary. This position supports our school-based program and is based within our partner schools.
- Work 2-3 days in a school setting; remainder of time spent at the Napoleon office offering individual and day treatment group therapy.
- Provide diagnostic services via face-to-face contact with clients under the supervision of a licensed independent clinician or via telehealth under the supervision of a licensed independent clinician.
- Provide treatment planning and counseling services to an assigned caseload of clients in accordance with state mandates, established agency and program policies, procedures, and philosophy.
