Description Clinical Therapist Location: Colorado (Community-based / In-home & Office-Based) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $26.00/hour $2.50 per billing-hour differential for services rendered after 5pm or on weekends Opportunity to earn an additional $1/hour for exceeding base client service goals Opportunity to earn up to $7,500 annually for on-call coverage (up to 15 days/month) Date Posted:02/05/2026 About The Role Clarvida is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide intensive individual and family therapy services to children and families facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. In this role, you will help clients strengthen relationships, develop coping strategies, and build long-term skills that support stability and growth. This position offers flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and the opportunity to practice evidence-based therapeutic approaches in a supportive environment.
