Clinical Therapist

About the Role

The Clinical Therapist at Harbor is a full-time, on-site role based in Toledo, OH. The individual in this role provides therapeutic services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for mental health and related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in case reviews and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Support crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Collaborate with community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Relevant licensure or eligibility (e.g., LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT) in the state of Ohio.
• Background in Social Work with skills in case management and client advocacy.
• Training in Psychology and Mental Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Experience in Family Therapy and working with diverse family systems.
• Ability to coordinate care and provide structured Case Management services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and culturally responsive practice is highly beneficial.
