Clinical Technician

About the role

Axes Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Clinical Technician (Aide) for our Arnold Clinic. This position offers flexible hours and is ideal for students pursuing education in a medical-related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve clinic appearance through regular duties such as cleaning tables, equipment, assisting with laundry, and maintaining supplies
• Enhance patient and client experience through concierge-like customer service
• Facilitate and assist with patient interaction as directed by their supervising Physical Therapist
• Support front office staff with answering phones, greeting patients, and scheduling
• Improve clinic upkeep by assisting with digital technology and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Documented history of working with people in a service industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as a team member and make appropriate decisions
• Demonstrated high level of initiative and reliability

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Some college experience in a related healthcare field preferred
• Prior experience working within a physical therapy setting is preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• Ability to move continuously throughout the day, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. frequently

Schedule

Part-time with flexible hours.
