Clinical Team Leader (RN) - Full-Time - Days

Role Overview: The Clinical Team Leader acts as the charge nurse, providing direct patient care while ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and make decisions for departmental staff, maintaining care quality and integrity.Develop staffing plans based on patient acuity and oversee daily operations during shifts.Monitor workflow, adjust staffing to meet fiscal and care objectives, and facilitate efficient patient flow, including admissions and discharges.Assist in achieving department goals related to patient experience, length of stay, and quality measures.Participate in process improvement initiatives, peer interviews, and employee evaluations.Support incident investigations and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN required.Completion of charge nurse training and competencies.Current RN license in the state or a compact license.Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, with advanced specialty certification or a plan to obtain within two years (e.g., CCRN, CEN, RNC).Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
