Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge and skill of the agency compliant abuse, neglect, and exploitation process, state/federal guidelines, and DOH Incident Reporting Policy
- Assist various departments with taking calls from clinicians and patients
- Pull current 485’s from computer system and provide directions as needed for the scheduling department
- Ensure all vital information is redacted prior to leaving the office
- Assist the scheduling department with receiving messages from clients to clinicians
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months experience in a health-related field
- Home health experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new programs
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and appropriate automobile insurance; or ability to take public transportation
