Tennessee Quality Care is seeking a compassionate Clinical Team Assistant to join our Home Health team in Bartlett, TN. As a vital member of our team, you’ll help keep patient care running smoothly by supporting our clinicians, coordinating communication, and ensuring patients receive the exceptional care they deserve—all from the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Support agency compliance by following state and federal regulations, including policies related to abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
- Answer and route calls from clinicians, patients, and caregivers while providing exceptional customer service.
- Retrieve and manage clinical documentation to support scheduling and patient care.
- Ensure all protected health information is properly handled and redacted in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Assist the scheduling team by coordinating communication between clinicians and patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide administrative support to multiple departments.
- Foster professional communication that helps ensure outstanding patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a healthcare-related field.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software systems.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance (or the ability to use public transportation).
