About the role
The Clinical Support Tech 1 is a staff position responsible for providing basic technical patient care skills under the direction and supervision of the licensed healthcare practitioner. The Clinical Support Tech 1 works in close collaboration with an assigned licensed healthcare practitioner to provide safe and quality patient care and are a valued member of the patient care team.
Responsibilities
- Patient check-in through use of manual/paper or digital solution
- In some cases and as necessary, support any registration related transactions including point of service collections
Qualifications
- High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper
- CNA Certified Nursing Assistant OR EMT Emergency Medical Technician, OR MED_ASST Certified, OR Medical Assistant, OR RMA Registered Medical Assistant
- Basic Life Support BLS required
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Bilingual – English and Spanish

Estimated pay range for this position is $17.79 - $23.13 / hour depending on experience.
