Clinical Support Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower the clinical team: Provide daily coaching, orientation, and mentorship to nursing and support staff to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment and support professional growth.
• Optimize unit workflow and staffing: Coordinate daily assignments and resource allocation to ensure safe, balanced workloads and seamless unit operations.
• Drive patient-centered care delivery: Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader healthcare team to align care plans, remove barriers, and achieve exceptional clinical outcomes for every patient.
• Deliver hands-on clinical leadership: Step into direct patient care as needed during peak census periods to maintain high care standards and support your frontline team.
• Maintain operational excellence and accountability: Oversee daily clinical support activities, complete performance evaluations, and manage staff development to uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• High School diploma or equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
• Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
