What You’ll Do
- Responsible for team of direct reports
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and task delegation to ensure optimal efficiency and patient care
- Assist with training and development of team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality care standards
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations and other leadership to implement and improve operational protocols
- Act as a resource for clinical and administrative staff, addressing concerns and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Maintain high communication standards with all team members and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional patient and client care
Requirements
Licensed CVT with supervisory experience preferred
Proven experience in coordinating work processes, team scheduling, and workflow management
Strong leadership skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining composure and focus
