Clinical Support Staff

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the PHP and IOP Program teams, by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and supporting clients in practicing skills that promote emotion regulation.
• Prepare and supply group rooms.
• Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed.
• Engage in professional and positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space including supplies, furniture and equipment.
• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field.
• Experience working with adolescents, teens and young adults ages 12 - 28 yrs. old.
• Experience working in a behavioral or mental health setting.
• Team player with a growth mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a state background check.
• Microsoft Suite & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
