Clinical Support Specialist

MSW required; LMSW preferred. Salary range: $75,000–$80,000.

About the Role

The Clinical Specialist will partner with the Win Academy team to advance the agency’s implementation of evidence-based and best practices across transitional and supportive housing programs. Reporting to the Director of Evidence-Based Practices, this role will lead agency-wide training, provide onsite clinical consultation and coaching, and support staff in integrating evidence-based approaches into daily service.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agency-wide training in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based Case Management, and other evidence-based practices.
• Support development and continuous improvement of training curricula and learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with external partners to coordinate and facilitate training.
• Ensure training materials remain current and aligned with best practices.
• Provide monthly onsite coaching, clinical consultation, and technical assistance.
• Promote implementation of evidence-based practices across programs.
• Participate in agency-wide committees and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed of emerging research and proven methodologies.
• Identify external training and professional development opportunities.
• Assist with publication and dissemination of organizational learning.

Requirements

• MSW required; LMSW preferred.
• Experience working with individuals and families impacted by homelessness, trauma, mental health challenges, substance use, poverty, or systemic inequities.
• Expertise in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based Case Management, and recovery-oriented practices.
• Experience facilitating training and presentations.
