Clinical Support Representative, MA

Overview The Clinical Support Representative, MA is a Medical Assistant who provides real-time telephonic support to patients by responding to medical questions, delivering standardized clinical guidance, and facilitating appropriate care navigation. This role utilizes established protocols, and clinical work flows to address patient concerns and ensure safe, efficient care under the direction of an RN, APP, or Physician.
