Clinical Support Nurse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical support services to ensure safe, patient-centered care
• Streamline patient flow and act as a resource for bedside nurses
• Promote evidence-based practices and monitor safety and quality standards
• Support orientation and competency development for clinical staff
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to resolve complex clinical issues
• Improve documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
